All bookings will be confirmed by a credit card, email interac or cash deposit. Please call 48 hours prior to service date to confirm your reservation. The office will also contact you for confirmation or any schedule changes. If you cancel your reservation WITHIN 24 hours, there will be no cancellation charge; if you cancel after 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you choose to cancel your reservation within 48 hours of service date and time, a fee of 50% cancellation fee applies. If you cancel on the day of service, 75% cancellation fee applies or any amount agreeable for both parties involved. If a credit card was used for the deposit, the same card must be presented to the driver in order to sign a security slip.
Alcohol Consumption and Drug (Smoking) use is prohibited by Law within the vehicles operated by KL Limo & Limo Bus Service. The company is not liable in any event of a mechanical breakdown while on charter. Client assumes full financial liability for any damages to the vehicle during the duration of the rental by them or by any members of their party. A cleaning fee charge will be applied in the event of any spillage, smoking and / or excessive mess. Any fines applicable will be paid by the customer via cash or credit card payment.
It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof; all passengers must remain in the vehicle while it is moving. Passengers are to be ready for scheduled pick up and return times in order to avoid extra charges (waiting) or termination of service. Use of Highway 407 will be an additional charge of $35.00 / Entry. Last minute requests for Highway 407 may not be met. Overtime pay will be applied after the first 15 minutes of the prearranged time described on the agreement sheet: an additional charge of $25 / 15 Minutes will be applied and be paid for before leaving pick up location. A charge of $25 will be applied for any additional stops or pickups other than those mentioned in the agreement (Stops & Pick Ups depend on location).
The company is not responsible for delay due to traffic, accidents or highway closures. The company is not responsible for delay or termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. Not Salted, Accidents, etc.). The company is not responsible for articles/belongings left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating & luggage capacity. Balance is to be paid in full and credit card imprint (if applicable) to driver upon arrival at the first Pick Up Location.
